Vee makes eight tires in 20 × 4.0 and similar 20-inch fat-bike sizes. Most brands make one. Here's how to pick.

E-BIKE TIRE QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Most do. The added weight of a motor and battery, the instant torque, and the higher sustained speeds put more stress on a tire than pedaling alone. Some manufacturers require an E25 or E50 rated tire to keep the warranty valid. Check your bike's manual.
Read the sidewall of the tire on your bike now. You'll see something like 20 x 4.0 or 700 x 40c. The first number is wheel diameter and must match exactly. The second is width, which you can change within the clearance your frame, fork, fender, and motor allow.
They're ratings from the ECE-R75 standard. E25 covers e-bikes with assistance up to 25 km/h (15.5 mph). E50 covers e-bikes up to 50 km/h (31 mph), including most Class 3 bikes. The rating can differ between sizes of the same tire, so check the spec table for your size.
The Huntsman. It uses a fast center tread for rolling efficiency on pavement and rugged shoulder knobs for traction when the surface goes loose. E50 rated, available 20 x 4.0 through 26 x 3.50. It's our best-selling e-bike tire.
Sometimes. Wider adds comfort, traction, and lets you run lower pressure. Measure the gap between your current tire and the frame, fork, fender, and motor housing at the widest point. Under 4mm of clearance per side, stay with your current width.
Stay inside the range on your sidewall. Fat tires at 4.0 inches usually run 8 to 20 psi. Reinforced fat commuting tires run up to 36 psi. Narrower commuting tires run 35 to 50 psi. Heavier bikes and riders go toward the top.
Usually low pressure. A heavy bike at low psi pinches the tube against the rim on every impact. Check pressure weekly. If it keeps happening, move to a tire with a reinforced casing and puncture protection.
Less than a standard bike tire. Motor torque wears the center tread faster and the extra weight accelerates it. Commuters riding daily on pavement should expect to replace more often than a pedal-bike rider covering the same distance.
Some. Most Vee fat e-bike tires run tubes, and the spec table on each product page lists tubeless readiness by size. Fat tires at very low pressure are harder to seal, which is why tube setups are still common in this category.
The e-rated ones are. They use reinforced casings like Override Core and Powerwall, compounds tuned for motor torque, and carry an E25 or E50 mark. An e-rated tire also works fine on a non-electric bike and will generally outlast a standard one.
