We Grow the Rubber Behind Every Mile

Vee Tire Co isn’t just a tire brand—we own our rubber tree farms. Situated just outside of Bangkok in Chonburi, our plantations yield the raw latex that becomes the foundation of every tire we make. This direct control lets us ensure quality from day one—including harvesting techniques, sustainability practices, and material purity.

Family Roots & Farming Know-How

More than 50 years ago, the Sukanjanapong family planted those first trees, blending Thai farming expertise with entrepreneurial spirit. Today, we still tap each tree early morning to collect fresh, high‑grade latex. The result? Premium natural rubber that's graded on moisture and dry content to meet our strict performance standards.

Clean, Sustainable, and Independent

Harvested latex dries in the sun for up to two weeks, then we strip away impurities before compressing it into solid rubber bricks. We even capture methane from our processing wastewater to help power the plant—fueling sustainability in every step of our vertical integration.

In-House Manufacturing, World-Class Tires

Our rubber bricks are then shipped to our Bangkok factory, where the real alchemy begins: blending in silica, carbon, and high-performance compounds. Mold cutting, casing design, tread shaping—all done in our own machine shops. This ensures consistent production and ultra-fast prototyping for everything from MTB to gravel to eMTB tires.

Why It Matters for You

  • Raw Quality Control – By controlling rubber at the source, we eliminate guesswork and guarantee material integrity.
  • Speed-to-Market – On‑site mold production lets us innovate and launch new tire tech faster than the competition.
  • True Traceability – From sap to tread, we know exactly what goes into every tire you ride.

The Result: Tires You Can Trust

When you roll out on a Vee tire, you’re riding more than a component—you’re riding the story of sustainable farming, hands‑on craftsmanship, and total quality control. That’s how we build confidence into every revolution—from plant to pedaling.
