When someone sees a Vee post in your market, it should feel like Vee. Same voice, same look, same energy, whether it comes from us, from you, or from a distributor on the other side of the world. That consistency is what builds trust with riders.
This is the short version of how we all stay lined up.
Brand voice
We are riders talking to riders. Keep it real, performance-focused, and built around the community.
- Keep the tone the same across every platform.
- Always use the approved logos, colors, and visual style. You will find these in the Brand Guide section.

Content standards
Your posts are the brand in your market. Make them count.
- High-quality photos and video only. If it is blurry or off-brand, leave it out.
- Always use the branded hashtags and tag the main Vee account.
- Run any major content through approval before it goes live.

Working with other Vee accounts
We go further when we move together.
- Coordinate timing so we are not all posting the same thing at the same moment.
- Let the main account lead. Supporting accounts amplify.
- Line up on the message before anything goes live.
Working with partner brands
- Make sure the brand fits Vee before you agree to anything.
- Both sides approve the content before it posts.
- Always tag and credit properly.
- Disclose any paid or gifted partnership.
Athletes and ambassadors
- Every product-related post must tag Vee and use the required hashtags.
- New partnerships or big content get approved first.
- If an athlete posts something off-brand involving Vee, flag it internally.

Engaging the community
- Reply to comments and DMs within 24 hours.
- Stay positive and helpful, even when the feedback is not.
- Always ask before reposting fan or user content.
One Instagram tip worth knowing: collaborators vs tags
Instagram lets you add up to 5 collaborators on a reel or post. Collaborators show up as co-authors, and the post shares straight to their followers too. That reach is powerful, so spend those 5 spots carefully on the accounts that matter most for that post.
Tags work differently. You can tag as many accounts as you want. So if you want to credit a rider, a shop, and a few partner brands, tag them all. Save the 5 collaborator slots for the partners who will actually re-share to their audience.

Simple, consistent, and on-brand every time. When in doubt, ask before you post.
